Haulotte Italia decided to reinforce it’s dealership network with a new partnership. To find a new way to collaborate and in order to be more efficient in the market, Haulotte reinforces the support to dealers.
Round table meetings are organized every quarter in order to create team building, to share information about products and market analysis and to define new targets and finance solutions. These meetings are located in different cities around the region which, helps to work closer to dealers territories and build relationships among all the partners. The mission is “Working as a Team”.
During the meetings, which have a very tight schedule (1 ½ days), a lot of important subjects are put on the ROUND TABLE (e.g.. products – strategy – marketing activities etc…).
The last meeting took place in one of the most interesting City of Italy; Matera (called the Stone City). During free time there was an opportunity to walk around the lovely town. The main objective of the meeting was reached when a dealer said at the end of the day: “Io mi sento un Concessionario Haulotte” Now I feel I am a Haulotte Dealer.
