This year, Haulotte's subsidiaries operating in Latin America welcomed their customers at the "Latam Event" in Miami, Florida. With its Latin profile and as a favourite destination for our South American customers, Miami is considered as an unofficial capital for the region. This event was hosted at the landmark Biltmore Hotel, a venue whose elegance, experience and longevity exemplifies values shared by Haulotte Group.

For the first day, work meetings were organised focusing on individual country and attended by all distributors. These sessions provided an opportunity for an in-depth analysis of the market situation and also for getting to know a new distributor in Ecuador: Movimaq.

The second day started with a delicious breakfast for customers and completion by Haulotte's team of the final details for the product demonstration staged against the backdrop of a typical Florida "storm"!
After breakfast, all customers moved on to the meeting room where Carlos Hernandez, Vice President in Charge of the Latin American Region and his team presented items of specific interest to customers on the market, strategy, new products and accessories for 2014.
After this meeting, guests were offered a surprise introduction to five Haulotte models unveiled at the Biltmore Hotel!
These models are considered as the best in their range: the electric scissor lift Compact14, the articulated electric aerial work platform HA15IP, the telescopic handler HTL4017 and the boom lift HT23RTJ. This also provided an opportunity to introduce the latest safety feature developed by Haulotte exclusively for its customers to prevent risks of crushing: Haulotte Activ’Shield Bar and also the latest Diag Pad diagnostic tool.
The new HA16 RTJ PRO articulated boom lift was also unveiled with a special customized model with real Latin style.
Incentive activities were organized for participants along with an unforgettable dinner in south                                              Beach to make sure they had a memorable stay in Miami.
