The Alfasi Group, established in 1980 headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, is a leading construction and engineering group with a diverse range of services ranging from structural steel, drafting services, equipment hire, facade, turn key projects and property development.
The Alfasi Group employs over 250 across its offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Hong Kong, Singapore and Macau and is involved in many of the largest and most prestigious construction projects in these cities. Alfasi have 1,000 and growing and over 40 cranes.
 

1. Few words about when relationship with Haulotte Group and which Haulotte equipments are you currently buy?
We have a very close working relationship with Haulotte at all levels and this has encouraged us to continue to invest in this brand. We purchase Star 10, Opti8, Compact 14, Compact DX, HA32, HT23JRT (first in Australia) & HA260PX

2. On which territory are you focus?
Alfasi Hire focuses on the Eastern states of Australia however we have machines on hire in Western Australia and soon in Darwin NT. The Alfasi Group execute projects throughout Australia, Asia and the Middle East

3. What is your strategy for 2013/2014?
 To be represented across all market segments from commercial and civil construction, oil & gas, mining, maintenance

4. Did you have big project planned over the coming years?
Alfasi Steel Constructions has been engaged by Lend Lease for its largest Australian project, the Sydney Convention Exhibition and Entertainment Precinct in Darling Harbour Sydney. This projects consists of 3 large buildings with over 20,000t of structural steel. Alfasi Asia has recently won a half size full replica of the Eiffel Tower in Macau for the Venetian Hotel as a main contractor. In Hong Kong we are engaged by Leighton Gammon JV for the construction of the West Kowloon Terminus building. Our property development business is also involved in numerous commercial CBD developments across Australia
