Haulotte Group’s innovative solution with the new generation of Telehandlers: HTL Evolution

htlevolution.jpgHaulotte Group has launched a new Evolution Pack on its Telehandlers: including a new electronic dashboard, new cabin, new adjustable seats and new PERKINS engine.
Designed to lift loads at heights from 10 m to 17m, the Haulotte Telehandler range is designed for construction and industry. These machines set new standards in lifting performance by raising the maximum capacity.

Best precision and user comfort
The HTL range has heavy duty hydrostatic transmission with variable capacity pump and engine, and thanks to simultaneous and proportional controls of all 4 movements of the boom with flow sharing, the HTL keeps the precision and user comfort of bigger Haulotte Telehandler. The HTL “Smart Control” joystick enables an all-in-one control to ease simultaneous operations. Thanks to its brand new electronic dashboard, the users have easy access to the main operating indicators.
HTL 14m & 17m are equipped with frame levelling for optimised stability and efficient load positioning.

Ergonomics: comfort in the cabin
ROPS and FOPS fitted, spacious, easy to access, the operator’s cabin is designed to ensure the comfort of the operator: ventilation, air conditioning (optional), adjustable seats, storage space, etc… This new cab has new features to improve the comfort of the operator. Visibility has been improved and the driving position in the new seat reduces fatigue at work. Furthermore, the HTL range offers a versatile driving position designed around Human Machine Interface thanks to the Smart Control Joystick, E-tronic and backlit dashboard with centralized controls and real time information feedback.

Safety first
Safety is the priority in the HTL range. That’s why Haulotte Group offers more features as standard to always improve the safety feeling of operators: LMI ideally positioned to be easy to read included cut off of dangerous movements, tilt corrector as standard for HTL 14m & 17m and safety valves on hydraulic jacks.

Easy to maintain
Maintenance operations are simpler and faster to execute because the new engine design makes it easy to access components. Maintenance of the HTL 10m is made easy by access the cylinder via a trapdoor so that it is possible to remove the cylinder without dismantling the boom.
In short, time saved when servicing means less downtime and thus reduces the total cost of ownership.
