On November 28th - 29th, Haulotte organized with the support of IBM France (Waston Cloud Platform) a Hackathon with students from Lyon and Saint-Etienne (France). 40 developers, coders, creators and volunteers gathered to work on innovative digital initiatives in a collaborative mode.
Two intense days for the 6 teams in competition
Haulotte Group aimed at generating innovations in line with its digital transformation through challenges (for instance: connectivity serving users or digital as a security partner). The «out of the box» approach of all the participants was a great experience for Haulotte teams, especially for the coaches «It was a rewarding human experience, these motivated and enthusiastic young people strengthened our competitive spirits. Every effort was made to ensure our team to win this challenge» said Xavier Macé (Data Architect at Haulotte) and Laurent Di Florio (Embedded System Manager at Haulotte). Each team has valiantly defended its project in front of an attentive jury composed of members of the Haulotte Executive Committee, its IBM partner, and Loxam Group which support collective intelligence. This hackathon was a positive first experience for Haulotte and will augurs future editions !
