For several years, the Group has pursued a policy focused on product quality, employee safety, and reducing its environmental impact, supported by ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications.
In 2023, an initial ESG vision was defined to structure the Group’s sustainable initiatives. By the end of 2024, this vision was merged with the QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) policy to create a single roadmap, centered on the Group’s mission: "Taking Care of People", applied across employees, partners, and society.
These three pillars now define the Group’s QSE & ESG objectives, built by considering the expectations of all stakeholders and applicable across the entire value chain.
