Haulotte Africa named three new distributors

Haulotte Group welcomed three new retailers for the brand in the Africa zone : Sterling Access in South Africa, Promatex OI in Réunion Island and Pie Tnufa in Israel. These new partnerships will enable the African subsidiary to provide a better local service support.

Customer service is a priority

By adding Haulotte products to their offering as a retailer, the three companies will address specific technical needs of their customers. The priority is to ensure a safe environment to work in with excellent equipment. “Combining our technical know-how with their in-depth market knowledge will improve the customer experience and satisfaction. This illustrates our Glocal approach: Think Global, Act Local” said Didier Mertens, General Manager of Haulotte Africa.

The companies are equiped with large workshops to carry out diagnostics, repairs and maintenance operations. Fully equipped vehicles also allow on-site servicing. Ahmed Errouissi, Service Leader at Haulotte Africa, aims at developing technicians’ skills. “They will soon be experts in operating and maintaining Haulotte’s aerial equipment. They will be able to advise customers to ensure an optimized utilization rate of the machines and thus a better profitability” he said.
