Haulotte unveiled its brand new HT16 RTJ PRO (HT46 TJ PRO in North America) telescopic boom which is both designed and manufactured at its plant in Archbold, Ohio. It features an updated design utilizing mechanical axles which allows for a smaller engine while still maintaining the rough terrain performance of a larger engine. It also comes standard with Haulotte’s suite of safety innovations including the Activ’ Shield Bar, Activ’ Lighting System, Stop Emission System, and Activ’ Screen on-board diagnostic system. The machine will be on display at Haulotte’s booth during ConExpo on stand F-6134 in the Festival Lot. The new machine will be launched in Europe and APAC zone in the coming months.
Haulotte displayed a range of other machines including the Optimum 8 (Optimum 1931 AC in North America) and Compact 10N (Compact 2632 E) scissor lifts, Star 8S (Star 20) vertical mast, Compact 12 DX (Compact 3368 RT in North America) rough terrain scissor lift, HT28 RTJ PRO (HT85 RTJ PRO in North America) and HT23 RTJ PRO (HT67 RTJ PRO in North America) telescopic boom lifts, and the HA20 LE PRO (HA61 LE PRO in North America from the PULSEO line. Haulotte also displayed the HTA16 P (4527A in North America) towable boom lift and the HLA16 PX (45XA in North America) lightweight self-propelled boom lift; these units are especially popular among the rental store customers.
Haulotte North America also hosted an annual meeting and dinner with their independent rep firms during this time. This provided a great opportunity to discuss upcoming ANSI changes, current market conditions, and introduce the new Independent Rep Firm Manager, Tim Denyer, who joined the team last fall.
