The icing on the cake was Haulotte’s own Robyne Kerr being awarded the 2022 woman of influence award. Her heart-warming speech on the night was full of surprise, pride and thanks for her journey through Haulotte.
“I am extremely honored to be recognized as a Woman of Influence in the Hire Industry. To feel appreciated is an uplifting experience and I thank all my colleagues and customers for inspiring me.”

Haulotte team met a lot of people during the 2 days of the show to demonstrate their commitment towards Sustainability and its benefits for the Environment, Economy and Society.

These elements have been considered in the machines the Group brought, the innovations Haulotte showed and the stand design itself. The team showed what sustainability means to the company.
Sustainable action for society
Contributing to those in need Haulotte have partnered with charity’s across Australia providing support, volunteering, goods and financial contributions to provide essential items for kids in need of emergency care. At HIRE22, Haulotte supported local charity Backpacks4SAKids through donations and raising awareness. A big thank you to those that kindly donated over $350 in support.

Sustainable action for the environment
On the Haulotte stand were all electric machines including the two best new product winners from last and this year as well as the Optimum 8, Haulotte’s most popular machine in the world. Electric machines offer environmental benefits including zero emissions and low noise.
Sustainable action for the economy
When considering the sustainability of a machine it is critical to think in terms of total cost of ownership over the life of the equipment. At HIRE22 Haulotte demonstrated several options that help to improve the total cost of ownership of machine, offering productivity and sustainability.
Activ’Energy Management
The battery management system reduces the Total Cost of Ownership by optimizing the batteries’ performance and lifespan. This system comes standard on recent model Haulotte machines and can now be retrofitted to Optimum 8 Scissor lifts.
Refurbish machine
A much talked about topic during the show was the ½ refurbished Compact 12DX that was on display in the foyer.

In a real makeover journey, Haulotte had repainted, replaced parts and cleaned one side of the machine, leaving the other in its 10 year old skin.
The outcome raised many eyebrows and contributed to the discussion on the opportunity of giving old machines new life.
Damien Gautier, General Manager of APAC, said at the end of the two days:
«The Australian market is very important to Haulotte as a region and globally. We are
committed to supporting our customers, contributing to the access industry by
innovating our global offering with a more sustainable development approach.»
