received the gold award in the «strategic
transformation» category.

The Human Capital Leaders’ Awards recognize the best human resources initiatives. This year, Haulotte received the highest award: the gold trophy!

Launched in 2017, the «Let’s Dare» program, a declination of Haulotte’s strategy, is Haulotte’s HR initiative dedicated to enhancing employee commitment and improving collaboration, empowerment, and innovation, in order to offer ever more added-value to its customers.

This global approach involves all the teams around the world in various projects including:

the creation of a Haulotte charter of values and associated practices, drawn up by 100 employees from 25 countries and representing all the group’s departments,

the participation of more than 300 employees in workshops to identify, propose and implement more than 500 improvement actions on the themes of the engagement survey that they defined as priorities

the implementation of a tailor-made leadership program for all managers and project leaders to support them in the key role they have to play in the group’s transformation,

the launch of Haulotte Academy, a learning platform where Haulotte employees can continue to develop their professional knowledge and skills and to lay the foundation for becoming a learning organization...

A jury of experts recognized the «Let’s Dare» program as a «fine example of transformation» in which «all the areas of transformation have been thought through», «a meaningful project that has developed participative and collaborative approaches», «the support and commitment of the executive committee in the process», as well as the support provided by «high-quality internal communication». They appreciated the results of the transformation process, measured factually through the significant improvement in the 51 criteria of the engagement survey, but also operationally in the participative process of construction of the new Haulotte headquarters.

«This award belongs to all Haulotte employees who have worked and continue to work every day at their own level to transform our Group»

says Didier Grivel, Empowerment Director at Haulotte.
